1-3/4 c water 1T butter 6-oz tomato paste 1 (5-1/2 oz) can tomato juice 1 (1-3/8 oz pack spaghetti sauce mix 8 oz mozzarella cheese 8 oz sharp Cheddar 6 oz provolone, sliced 1 bakery French bread loaf
Set fondue pot or medium saucepan on medium heat. Combine water, butter, tomato paste, tomato juice, and spaghetti sauce mix in pot, stirring till smooth. Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 min, stirring occasionally. Dice cheese into 1/2" cubes. Add cheese, a little at a time, to pot, stirring constantly till cheese is melted. Cut bread into 1" cubes for dipping.
(for good nacho dip, substitute taco seasoning for spaghetti sauce mix)
