My boss and I went to a catered anniv. party last weekend. One of the items she and I really liked and we got the recipe!!!! I would like to do it for all of us next week for Thanksgiving. It is outstanding!
Take 1 large wheel of brie (preferably an expensive French one) and cut in fourths. Pour a good brand of honey over it ( about 1/4 cup) and then crumble either walnuts or pecans over that. Bake in a slow/low (350ยบ) oven for about 15 minutes or so. Serve with French/Italian bread slices. If you can't find a good French cheese, any brie would do. If you keep it warm it will still taste good!!!!
