My favorite appetizer is a simple and quick taco dip. what you need: 1 12 oz. tub sour cream 1 8 oz. cream cheese (softened) 1 pk taco seasoning tomatoes, cut into small cubes, and drained luttuce, chopped up taco cheese (I use Kraft) Mix sour cream, cream cheese, and taco seasoning in a bowl using a blender. Spread evenly in bottom of a glass dish. Add luttuce, tomatoes, and cheese. Chill in fridge til ready to serve. I add extra seasoning to mine to make it spicier. You can also add hamburger, just make sure that you drain it really good. You can also add black or green olives, yellow peppers, or even hot peppers. Also when I make this, I double the recipe. I make this all year around for all occasions. It's a great starter. Hope you enjoy it. Niki, MI
