Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- Meatballs: 1 lb. lean ground beef 1/2 c cracker crumbs 1/4 c minced onion 1/4 c milk 1/2 tsp. parsley 1/8 tsp. pepper
In a large bowl, mix the above ingredients, shape into meatballs.
In a large skillet, brown the meatballs, turning often until well cooked.
Sauce:
1 c jellied cranberry sauce 6 oz. Catalina salad dressing or Honey French 1/2 c. ketchup 1/2 c grape jelly 1/2 water
Mix cranberry sauce and grape jelly together in a saucepan on low to medium heat, stirring constantly till blended, add salad dressing, ketchup and water---simmer at low heat for 15 minutes.
Add meatballs into sauce and pour into a crockpot on low heat for 4 hours. Serve as appetizers.
