Festive Seafood Cheese Dip
8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 1/4 C. sour cream 8 oz. imitation crab meat 3/4 C. shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 C. celery chopped 2 oz. pimentos, diced, drained 2 onions chopped 1/4 t. tobasco
With mixer, beat cream cheese and sour cream at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth (1-2 minutes). Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; refrigerate two hours or overnight to blend flavors. Garnish with additional cheese if desired.
