To all chicken lovers, I have found a way to make your chicken juicy instead of dry.
I bought a little terra cotta pot to put in my grill for adding smoking chips.
One of the ideas for cooking chicken on the grill is to soak your chicken in brine before grilling. The brine solution is easy to remember. Add a teaspoon of salt for every cup of water you use to brine your chicken. It really works great for grilled or baked chicken. My father in-law even use this recipe now and he works in the food industry. I have not tried it on fried chicken yet.

Here's another one that I use to keep my chicken moist also while baking. I soak chicken in a covered bowl in salted water in fridge, not on counter please, for 24 hrs. It soaks in water; after 24 hrs, shake chicken off, & coat in shake 'n bake. It's very very moist like that - that was Kentucky Fried Chickens recipe of one person who worked there, they soak in salted water all night ( 24 hrs) in a cold fridge. Several friends of mine tried this & said hey this works! I said hey i know. lol ENJOY! Have a great recipe hunting in here. peggy sue
