Bacon Stuffed Eggs
6 eggs 3 slices bacon cooked to a crisp 1 tbs. butter 2 tsp. sweet relish Mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. mustard
Place eggs in boiling water and boil until eggs are hard-boiled. Remove eggs from heat and place in cool water to quicken cooling process. Peel eggs and cut lengthwise, remove egg yolks and place in separate container. Mash and add mayonnaise, sweet relish, butter, bacon, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well. Then take mixture and refill egg whites. Refrigerate until mealtime.
