This is for Sabrina who is wondering if she can freeze sour cream and french onion dip.
I don't think you can, but I have followed this hint for a long time to keep sour cream, dips, yogurts and cottage cheese fresh longer: turn the containers upside down. That way you don't have that air space at the top, and these foods stay fresh longer. It really works. Connie
