Swiss Onion Bake
2 TBs butter 1 ½ cup sliced onion 6 hard cooked eggs, sliced 1 ½ cup shredded swiss cheese 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup 3/4 cup milk ½ tsp mustard Toasted bread
Melt butter. Add onion, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Spread in the bottom of a 10 X 6X 2 inch pan. Top with sliced eggs. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine soup, milk, mustard; heat and stir until smooth. Pour over casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350*F. Serve spooned over toasted bread. Serves 6.
