Spicy Scrambled Eggs 4 eggs 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 2 medium onions finely chopped 1 large tomato chopped finely 2 green chilies finely chopped 2 Tblsp cilantro leaves finely chopped 2 Tblsp corn oil pepper and salt to taste Heat oil in a frying pan and saute onions till transparent. Add tomatoes, turmeric and chilies and cook for 2 minutes till tomatoes wilt. Stir in beaten eggs and seasoning and cook till the eggs are just cooked and soft. Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve with buttered toast. Jay
