In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt, mustard and garlic powder; dredge chops. In a skillet, brown the chops on both sides in oil. Place in a slow cooker. Combine soup and water; pour over chops. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or until meat is tender. If desired, thicken pan juices and serve with the pork chops. This recipe yields 6 servings Jay (KY)
Great to see your recipes back on the boards. I have used many of your past recipes and like your style of cooking.
I am not a lover of pork chops, but the DH would have them 5 times per week. I recently started making them in a very similar fashion as your Chicken Fried Pork Chops. I use mushroom soup and the DH can now have his beloved pork chops on a regular basis.
I want to encourage youngsters (male or female) to get into the kitchen and enjoy cooking. TASTE it!
