1 tsp honey 3 tbsp olive oil (use your best) 1 tbsp white wine vinegar 1 tsp wholegrain mustard 1 large garlic clove, peeled and crushed Sprig of parsley a few chives, chopped salt and freshly ground black pepper
Place all the ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake to mix. Taste for seasoning. Drizzle sparingly over your selected salad, toss and serve.
This dressing will keep for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
