This is a gentle type butter and is delicious served with baked, sauteed or grilled fish dishes. It is also great with steamed vegetables.
110g/4oz Butter, at room temperature salt and freshly ground black pepper 1 Tbs of minced shallots 1 Tbs of balsamic vinegar
Use a fork to cream all ingredients together. Roll into a sausage shape, wrap and refrigerate. This butter can also be frozen. Slice into 1/4" discs and serve on your cooked fish or steamed vegetables.
