For the lemon lovers out there, try this instead of your usual salad dressing.
6 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil pinch of sea salt (Maldon if you have it) freshly ground black pepper 1 lemon
Squeeze the juice from the lemon (if you roll your lemon on your work surface, or blast it in your microwave for 30 seconds you will get more juice from your lemon). Place all ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake vigorously. This will keep for 5 days in the fridge.
I want to encourage youngsters (male or female) to get into the kitchen and enjoy cooking. TASTE it!

Well Sylvia - you've taught me something new...blasting the lemon in the microwave to get the juice out!! I was reading the recipe to my DH and we both are eager to try this one - I love, love, love Lemons. Thanks!
