1 pound Ground Beef 2 teaspoon Salt 1/2 teaspoon Pepper 3/4 cup Cooked Rice 1 small Onion, minced 2 8-oz. Tomato Sauce 12 Cabbage Leaves 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar 1/4 Cup Vinegar
Combine meat, salt, pepper, rice, onion and 1 can of tomato sauce. Cover cabbage leaves with boiling water for 4 minutes. Drain. Place portions of meat mixture in center of each cabbage leave. Roll up, folding ends over. Place seam side down in skillet. (or freeze here) Mix 1 can tomato sauce with brown sugar and vinegar. Pour over rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
