5 cups green tomatoes 4 cups sugar 6 oz (2 pkg.) raspberry Jell-O
Chop up tomatoes in blender or processor. Add sugar. Boil for 20 minutes stirring continually in a non-aluminum saucepan. Add Jell-O and pour into sterilized jars. Must be refrigerated. Can be frozen. You can process these for 10 minutes in a water bath also.
