Low Fat Creamy Italian Dressing
8ozs/250mls/1 cup low fat cottage cheese 4ozs/125mls/1/2 cup low fat yogurt 1 T. Dijon mustard 1 T. lemon juice 2 T. minced onion 1 T. minced garlic 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. basil 1 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. minced parsley
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth and creamy. Chill for at least one hour before serving.
