10 3/4 ozs cream of mushroom soup 16 ozs frozen broccoli florets, thawed 1/2 cup milk 2 ozs cheddar cheese, shredded 2 tsps yellow mustard 1 cup bread crumbs, dry 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup chicken broth
Prepare 1 1/2-quart dish with cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, combine mushroom soup, milk, mustard, salt, broccoli, and cheese. Spread evenly into prepared dish; set aside. In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs and chicken broth. Sprinkle over broccoli mixture in dish. Bake for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
