I made apologies for posting this on today's newsletter, mainly because everyone I speak to is on diets, after over-indulging during Christmas and New Year. It is an easy recipe and worth a try (perhaps in April), after the diet. Cut the squares smaller. Chocolate Nut Fudge Makes about 30 Prepare an 11 x 7"/18 x 19cm pan, (lined my pan with cling film) 8 oz/250g Milk Chocolate, broken into pieces 8 oz/250g Dark Chocolate, broken into pieces 1 x 400g can condensed milk 2 oz/1/4 cup unsalted peanut butter 6 oz/1 1/2 cups of chopped nuts, your choice (I used pistachio just because I love them) Combine condensed milk and chocolate in a saucepan, stir over low heat or until chocolate melts. Mix in peanut butter and nuts. Refrigerate until set. Cut into squares. Sylvia446 PS If you use Chris NM's recipe for condensed milk, the cost of this fudge would be reduced dramatically.
