As you have probably gathered, the sun has been shining, the fruit trees are hanging with blossom. Thoughts are starting to turn to all that wonderful fruit ahead of us. In preparation for the fruit season, particularly the people who are fortunate to have an abundance of fresh peaches:
These quantities can serve 3 or 6, depends on appetites and just how generous you as the host/hostess are feeling.
3 fresh peaches 1 Tbs clear liquid honey 1 Tbs Cointreau 1 Tbs orange juice Savoy, Boudoir or your choice of biscuits Natural Yoghurt
Skin and halve the peaches and remove the stones. Mix cointreau, honey and orange juice and pour around and over the peaches. Chill thoroughly.
Serve with the biscuits and thin or whipped natural yoghurt.
