Mix the fromage frais with the coffee and icing sugar.
Pulverise the chocolate in a blender/magimix etc until fine.
Spoon half the fromage frais into eight ramekins or fancy glass dishes. Sprinkle over most of the chocolate mixture. Top with the remaining fromage frais and sprinkle with the remaining chocolate mixture to give a speckled appearance, like a cappuccino.
Decorate with chocolate curls.
