It was our 44th wedding anniversary yesterday and we ate out at a very special restaurant. Today I decided that we would try to be good - health wise. We both love BLTs and this recipe was courtesy of The Prepared Pantry recently. I didn't have any yogurt ready, so I did use H's mayonnaise. Hi there,
I suppose it's too much to expect, but when I asked the DH what he had for lunch at our wedding reception, he couldn't remember. I remembered that I had roast chicken which was good. That was when my repertoire was scrambled egg on toast!!!! I came across the receipt for 120 guests and a sit down meal recently. £62.00, including two toasts of Champagne for each guest. Our honeymoon, 2 weeks in Lloret De Mar in Spain, half board £52.00 each. Oh how thinks have changed.
