This bread is good with bowls of marinated olives. I make my own pizza dough; I use a flavoured bread mix and let the bread machine do the kneading.
Pull and Rip Garlic-Cheese Flat Bread
Preheat oven to 200oC/400oF
1 (13.8 ounce) package refrigerated pizza crust 1/4 cup butter, melted 4 garlic cloves, minced 1 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped finely 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Press dough onto a greased 15" x 10" x 1" Pizza/baking pan.
Using your knuckles make a few shallow craters in the dough.
In a small bowl, combine butter, garlic and basil; drizzle over dough. Sprinkle with the cheeses. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until crisp. Serve warm
