I will give the original recipe and then my changes, etc.
Shrimp & Brie Scrambled Eggs
5 lg. fresh eggs 1/2 c. milk - you may use 1/2 & 1/2 5 oz. brie cheese salt, pepper & cayenne pepper, to taste 1 tsp. chives, minced 1 tsp. butter - you may need more 1/2 c. cooked baby shrimp
Mix eggs and milk together. Cut brie into small pieces and add with seasonings and chives to egg mixture. Melt butter in fry pan over medium heat. Pour egg mixture into pan and add the shrimp. Stir until well cooked and fluffy.
What I did:
I used the spreadable brie, no salt or cayenne pepper, 3 tbl. butter and 1 pkg. Chicken of the Sea real crab. We topped our portions with pico de gayo. I also sprinkled McCormick's chicken seasoning with garlic and some salt.
