2 cups/360g 1 inch chunks honeydew 2 cups/360g 1 inch chunks water melon 1 Tbs fresh lime juice 3 Tbs coriander/cilantro leaves and stems, roughly chopped 1/3 cup/9g fresh mint leaves, finely chopped white sugar to taste
Mix the melon, lime juice, coriander/cilantro, mint, and sugar in a bowl. Toss gently to combine all the flavours.
Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
I have tried blueberries and I have tried strawberries with this fruit salad and both worked well.
