I have always loved Italian Bread and was delighted when one of my friends introduced me to a relatively new site, thank-you Sue: www.cookstr.com/searches/new?I tried the Rustic Italian Bread, a sour dough type bread, starter last night, completed today. Just had some with cheese, it is very tasty. As usual a few changes, strangely only one, which wasn't really a change as the reipe just said flour - I used Strong Wholemeal Flour. It was really good, if I were to make any change, I would increase the salt.
