Sweet and smokey chicken legs 3- medium onions,sliced thin 3-pounds chicken legs 1-1/2-2.tsp.hickory smoked salt 1/2.cups each:catsup--vinegar 2..T.mustard
place onions in greased 13 by 9 baking dish.arrange in single layers.Arrange chicken legs over onion sprinkle with salt. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over all.completely coating chicken. Heat oven 350.Bake uncovered for 1 hour.Basting several times.
