For Easter this year I am making raviolis. One person in our group cannot eat anything with gluten. Does anyone have a gluten free, TNT recipe for making pasta? Or maybe a suggestion of what can be used instead to hold the ravioli filling? I thought of won-ton wrappers, but found out they use flour. I was hoping that they just used rice flour. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Witchone
