Easy Whiting
4 Whiting (fish) fillets one stick butter 1/4 C chopped red onion 2 T freshly squeezed lemon juice to taste freshly ground black pepper
Preheat oven to Broil. While oven heats, melt butter with onion included in a skillet on stove When butter is completely melted, add seasonings. Mix well Add fish filets. Coat both sides of filets with butter mixture Transfer fish to broiler-safe pan. Broil until golden brown on side facing up, then turn and broil until remaining side is golden brown
