Baked Ocean Perch Prep: 5 min, Cook: 15 min. 1-1/2 lbs. ocean perch fillets 2/3 cup Ranch dressing 1 cup French fried onions, crushed 1/2 lemon, cut in wedges Preheat oven to 425°F. Dip fish fillets in dressing to coat. Place on baking pan and sprinkle with crushed dried onions. Bake 12-15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily. Serve with lemon wedges.
