Great Codfish Balls
1 can Gordon's Codfish cakes 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese 1 clove garlic, minced 1 large egg 1 Tbsp. minced parsley Oil for deep frying
Open can of codfish cakes - put in large mixing bowl with rest of everything. except oil. Mix thoroughly, roll into 1 1/2 inch balls. Deep fry in hot fat (350 deg.F) until dark golden brown. Great with catsup, salsa, or cheese or Neuburg sauce.
