This is sooooo good. And it is the easiest!
3 cups self rising flour 3 tablespoons sugar 1 can room temperature beer (any flavor, but don't use a stout!)
Mix everything together, it is kinda lumpy, I usually add a bit more then 1 can if it's too dry. Bake at 325 for 1 hour, sometimes a bit longer.
