Carrot Pineapple Bread 3cups flour 2cups sugar l tsp. baking soda l tsp. cinnamon 3/4tsp. salt blend together mix 3 eggs 2 cups shredded carrots lcup oil with it. add l can 8 oz. crushed pineapple drained lcup chopped walnuts or pecans to it. with 2 tsp. vanilla. Mix all together and pour into baking pan that you desire whether loaf pans or cake pan. Bake at 350 until knife inserted comes out clean. When cool can make a drizzle icing to go over it if you like or not. Mix 3c. confectioners sugar with l or l l/2 tsp. milk and drizzle over bread. Jay
