Roast Pork in Marinade
5 pounds lean pork tenderloin 1 can (15 ounces) tomatoes, chopped 1/4 cup white wine 1/4 cup water
Place roast in roasting pan. Mix tomatoes, vinegar, and water and pour over roast and marinate overnight. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for four hours.
