Hi everyone! I'm new to the list. My name is Reid, and I work at Utah State University as a Staff Assistant in the Journalism & Communication department. I've been a part of Weight Watchers POINTS system this year, and have realized some wonderful success. I have a TON of recipes that I'll be sharing with everyone that are lower in POINTS, but are good, filling and easy to prepare. I don't particularly like to "open cans and cook", so most of my reidcipes <snort!> will be those that are made "from scratch" but don't take a week's worth of time to cook up either. A lot of my "immediate" recipes will be in mastercook format (for those that like to import into that program, or have a program that imports that format) and are lower in fat. If people have this software program, you'll see a LOT of MC recipes. Hope that doesn't confuse or inconvenience anyone. THEY ARE SOOOOO GOOD! They are from the Betty Crocker Healthy collection, and from the Cooking Lite collections. WONDERFUL stuff.
