crockpot cranberry chicken This was yummy, I made it last night. It gives a lot of sauce, so it you put it over rice or noodles, don't forget to add the points. 18 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts 8 ounces fat free french dressing or catalina (I used french) 1 can cranberry sauce (I used the whole berry) 1 package dry onion soup mix Spray the crockpot with vegetable spray. Mix all the ingredients but the chicken together. Put the chicken in the crockpot and pour the mixture over the chicken. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. Points per serving 4, makes 6 servings Since this makes a lot of sauce, next time I think I'll cook more chicken and freeze the leftovers, there were none this time!
