Orange Pull Aparts
Makes: 8 servings
1 orange peel, grated 2 tablespoons orange juice 1/2 cup sugar 1 pound "Rhodes Fat Free White Rolls" (or other brand), thawed and cut in half 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon non/lowfat margarine, melted 1 cup powdered sugar Combine orange peel and sugar in a bowl. Dip rolls in 1/4 cup melted butter and coat with orange mixture. Place on pizza pan coated with nonstick cooking spray (nonfat). Cover and let rise 2 hours. Remove plastic wrap and bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes. Remove rolls from pan and place on a wire rack to cool. Make citrus glaze by mixing together powdered sugar, and remaining margarine and juice. Glaze rolls while still warm. Nutritional Information:
