Apple Pie Sundae Weight Watcher's - Quick Desserts
Ingredients: 1 Tbsp. margarine 2Cups peeled apple slices ¼Cup firmly packed brown sugar ½Tsp. ground nutmeg 2Cup nonfat vanilla ice cream 4Tsp. caramel topping
Directions: 1. Melt margarine in a large nonstick skillet 2. Add apple slices, brown sugar, and nutmeg 3. Cook over medium-high heat 6 minutes or until apple is tender 4. For each serving, spoon ¼ cup apple slices over ice cream 5. Drizzle each serving with 1 tsp. caramel topping
