5 large (10 oz. each) Potatoes boiled, peeled and cubed 2Cups frozen peas thawed 1 cup chopped celery 1 onion chopped 1 bell pepper chopped Combine all in a large bowl.
Dressing Combine 1/2 cup fat free mayonnaise 1/2 cup plain non fat yogurt 2 1/2 T. prepared mustard 1t. chinese vinegar Salt and pepper to taste Pour over veggies and toss to coat . refrigerate until serving.
Serves 8 a heaping cup 2 1/2 points each
