WW Macaroni Salad
4 1/2 cups cooked macaroni, kept warm 3/4 cup fat-free mayo 1/4 cup fat-free sour cream 3 Tbsp.sweet pickle relish 1 med. sweet red pepper (diced) 1 med. sweet green pepper (diced) 1 med. red onion (minced) 1/8 tsp. salt or sat to taste. 1/8 tsp. black pepper or pepper to tast.
After draining warm macaroni, place in large bowl. Add mayo, sour cream and relish. Toss to coat. Add peppers, carrot and onion. Toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm or chilled. Yields about 1/2 cup per serving.
