Weight Watcher Honey Mustard Chicken Serves 8 Weight Watcher Points - 5 Points 1/4 cup Dijon mustard 3 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons margarine, melted 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 c l o v e garlic, crushed 8 (4 ounce) boneless chicken breasts
In small bowl, combine mustard, honey, margarine, lemon juice and garlic. Grill or broil chicken 6 inches from heat source for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally and brushing with mustard mixture frequently.
