I am new on this site and had some questions....I just started W.W. about 3 weeks ago, I was doing the Atkins diet but my doctor took me off of it b/c of stomach issues. My Fiance is still doing the Atkin's and now I am doing W.W. and I wanted to know if anyone had ideas on recipes that were low carb and low fat. I just seem to make the same things over and over again and sometimes have to make 2 meals. Any recipe ideas or websites or any help would be greatly appreciated.
Yes I have tried it at Ruby Tuesday's when I was on the Atkin's it is pretty good, thanks for the idea.
Congrats on your weight loss. I did Atkins for about a year but was always sick so my doctor told me to do weight watchers and it is a new fad at my job. Everyone is doing it. I got so mind set on carbs make you fat that I was scared to try it. But I did and love this diet and continue to lose weight and feel great and can eat some carbs that I love.
