Well I had my son 2 mos ago and am ready to start. I have to eat more points due to breastfeeding BUT I still can do WW. I have soooooo many recipes from when I was on WW before that i would love to share with you and I will try and post some here as often as possible.
I have 70lbs to lose to be at my personal goal...GL to everyone and I could really use a buddy..email me any time Mom3kids03@sbcglobal.net
Also last time I was on WW I did a recipe email group...I emailed everyone 1 WW recipe a day(or ideas).. If any one would like to join that please email me and let me know...best of luck to all and I hope I get to know you all soon!!!

Hi Nicole, Myname is Kathy, I am trying to do WW again at home by myself. I have all the materials for WW but You see I am handicapped and the place where I live and thaey have the meetings is not handicapped accessible, Plus I have a spinal cord injury and i can no longer stand on the scale to be weighed. I lost over 150 lbs around 8 months ago but I met the man of my dreams and we married on April 20, 2007. Since then I have been slack in my diet and I am trying to get back on track. Plus my new hubby wants to lose a few lbs. also. My problem with him is he is a typical male big eater. He does care if its diet he just needs a large amount to hold him. He has a very physical job also working 12 hour shifts. I have changed his diet somewhat and he has lost some, but has more to go. I started putting home made sugar free puddings in his lunch to help with his sweet cravings. I think I have him hooked on them, Ha Ha. I love the recipes that you can get at the meetings so if you could email me some of them and any WW recipes you have I would love it. I want to continue to look as good as I can for him plus it improves my health. I am also a non_insulin diabetic, but when I stay on WW I keep it under control. I could use your help if you would email me and I wish all the success in the world to you. Oh also I do the points system. Good Luck, Kathy

Because of copyright laws the actual Weight Watcher recipes can not be posted on this site. Non-copyrighted recipes that have the points calculated with a Weight Watcher Calculated can be however.

Hi, I would enjoy receiving WW recipes. I'm new at WW, I've already lost 25 lbs, and feel so much better, and got rid of a diagnosis of diabetes type 11, but seem to have stalled so thought I would try a more organized diet plan. Thanks! Eve in WI

Hey Nicole. I would love any ww recipes you have. I find it hard to cook for one, so I seem to stick to the same old things, and a little variety would be nice. leannec@cogeco.ca

Hi, I need to lose weight to be considered for a kidney transplant in the future. I pulled out my WW information from a couple of years ago and Dr. Phil's book, again. I need to commit to one and this time I'll try to find a buddy to do it with. Anyone out there interested in a 61 (but who's counting)pal?

Hi - I am a newbie here and lookign for some support as well. I went to WW 2 yrs ago and lost 25 lbs and felt great, however, I put the weight back on. I am 52 yrs old an a breast cancer patient. I go off and on chemo, when I was on chemo I put the weight back on. Now I am ready to start again! I just had surgery so I will wait until February when I am healed to join WW Again! But my biggest problem was making different foods. I love to cook and new recipes would be awesome. Are you guys still doing this? Please add me if you are doing the recipe exchange!! Thanks!!! Judy
Please feel free to email me at heyjude615@aol.com

Hello Nicole, I am doing WW online but would love to receive your recipes. I quit smoking on my 50th birthday(9 years ago) and have put on 80 pounds. I thought I was improving my health...but not with all this weight I have gained. Today I weigh 210, I would like to lose 20 pounds to start off. Best of Luck to you, and you know you can make it because you did it once before. Any Gems of Wisdom would be appreciated. Cindy

Hi Ruralgirl1950
As one ex-smoker to another, don't think for one minute along those lines. Stopping smoking is one of the best things you and I have ever done. You can take steps, which you obviously are, to fight the weight. If you were still smoking, you would be unable to do anything about the consequences that would have caused.
I was an unhealthy shackle of bones whilst smoking, I would rather smoke than eat - so sad. Now I am a bit overweight, but apart from the double chin(s), I can keep buying larger clothes.
Seriously well done!
All the best.
Sylvia
P.S for anyone who finds it difficult to stop smoking, I can recommend the nicotine patches, but don't do it willy nilly, go to your doc or stop smoking clinic and follow the proper routine. Remember as soon as you start the patches, your lungs start getting better.

Hi Nicole, how generous of you to offer your recipes to fellow WW's! I have been strugglling for 9 months to lose on the program and haven't done well at all. With Type 2 diabetes and age setting in, guess it's harder to shed weight when I love carbs more than veggies and fruits! Any recipes you would care to share will be greatly appreciated and used!
Take care and happy dieting! Paulettee

So if possible please add me to your list and I can try to do it at home with all of your help. Nearest ww is about 30 miles away.
So I would appreciate any and ALL of your recipes.
