DEER SOUP WITH CREAM OF MUSHROOM AND CELERY Makes 7 servings Post by chief_cook or Sweetpea_mama
1 onion, chopped 4 carrots, chopped 1 pound venison (deer meat) 1 pound boneless pork loin, cubed 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp white sugar 1 pint water 1 (10.75-oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 (10.75-oz) can condensed cream of celery soup
Add onion, carrots, deer meat, pork, salt, sugar, and water to crock pot. Cook for 30 minutes. Add cream of mushroom soup and cream of celery soup. Cook 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
