I wanted to let you know how I cut my hard chocolate bars. I am looking into finding you others ways. Here is how I do my chocolate bars. After I have them in the pan, and they are spread smooth. I take waxed dental floss (doubled) and score the bars and leave the floss in the pan as they harden. Then right before you are ready to cut, take out the floss and you are already scored and are easy to cut with less shattering of chocolate. This is how I do it. Like I said, I am also looking into other ways. Marcia
