2 lbs boneless sirloin steaks about 2 inches thick 1 large can whole can 3 large cloves garlic, chopped Salt and pepper to taste 1 tbsp oregano 2 tbsp olive oil
Preheat oven to 350.
Trim the fat from the steaks and cut into 1/2 inch strips.
Place steaks strips into a medium sized baking dish. Pour tomatoes over the meat. Add garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano. Stir.
Drizzle olive oil over the top, cover with foil, and bake for 1 hour. Uncover, stir, recover, and bake for another hour.
Serve over your favorite pasta.
