PEPPER STEAK STIR-FRY
1 beef top round steak (1 lb.), thinly sliced ½ cup A.1. Sweet & Tangy Steak Sauce ¼ cup soy sauce 1½ Tbsp. cornstarch 1 Tbsp. oil 1 green pepper, cut into strips ¾ cup beef broth
Mix meat, steak sauce, soy sauce and cornstarch until well coated. Drain meat, reserving steak sauce mixture. Cook and stir meat in hot oil in large skillet for 2 to 3 minutes. Add pepper; cook 1 minute. Add reserved steak sauce mixture and beef broth; bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 1 minute. Makes 4 servings
Great Substitute: Substitute A.1. Original Steak Sauce for Sweet & Tangy Steak Sauce.
