Meatloaf 1 lb. hamburger 1/2 lb. pork sausage 2 c. bread crumbs, dry 1 egg, well beaten 1 1/2 c. milk 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. sage 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. onion, minced Mix. Place in loaf pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. If desired: Remove loaf from oven 15 minutes early, cover loaf with catsup, and continue baking.

Cracker Barrels Meatloaf This is suppose to be close.
1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 cup ketchup 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef 3/4 cup milk 2 eggs 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 small onion, chopped 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 3/4 cup finely crushed saltine cracker crumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 5x9 inch loaf pan. Press the brown sugar in the bottom of the prepared loaf pan and spread the ketchup over the sugar. In a mixing bowl, mix thoroughly all remaining ingredients and shape into a loaf. Place on top of the ketchup. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until juices are clear

Italian Meatloaf 1 lb lean ground beef 2 eggs 1 cup breadcrumbs 1/4 grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1/8 tsp pepper 1 14-oz jar tomato pasta sauce In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except pasta sauce and mix well. Add 1 cup of pasta sauce and mix well. Press mixture into an ungreased 8x4-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Pour remaining pasta sauce over meatloaf. Bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly cooked in center and meat thermometer registers 160 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.
