Million Dollar Fudge
4 1/2 cups sugar Pinch of salt 2 tablespoons butter 1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk 12ounces each: semisweet chocolate morsels and German's sweet chocolate 1 pint (7-ounce jar) marshmallow creme 2 cups chopped nuts
Combine sugar, salt, butter and milk in a medium-size heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil 6 minutes over medium-high heat. In a separate bowl, combine chocolates, marshmallow creme and nuts. Pour boiling syrup over chocolate mixture and beat until chocolate is melted. Pour into a greased 8-by-8-by-2-inch pan and let stand before cutting. Store in airtight containers but do not refrigerate. Makes about 5 pounds.
