Caramel Crisp Marshmallows
24 marshmallows 1 cup thick caramel ice cream topping 2-3 cups rice krispies cereal
Directions: Pierce each marshmallow with a toothpick. Holding the marshmallows by the toothpick, spoon ice cream topping over each, then roll in the cereal. Set on waxed paper and refrigerate to set.
NOTE: There is a longer version called GOLF BALLS. Done with caramels. Takes a lot longer to do, but really good too! For the holidays you can sprinkle red and green sugar on the marshmallows after coating. Nice touch.
